1. Service Agreement
By booking a service with ShtillPost, you agree to these terms. We provide professional automotive maintenance and repair services as described on our website.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted before service commencement. Payment is due upon service completion via the methods displayed at our facility. Estimates are valid for 30 days.
3. Liability & Warranties
ShtillPost provides workmanship guarantees on labour performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage or defects not identified during inspection. Services are performed at your own risk.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours before appointment: Full refund
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours: 50% charge applies
- No-shows: Full service charge applies
5. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and disclosing known issues. ShtillPost is not liable for damage resulting from failure to disclose pre-existing conditions.
6. Data Protection
We collect and process personal data in accordance with GDPR. Your information is used solely for service provision and communication. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Limitation of Liability
ShtillPost's liability is limited to the value of services rendered. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by local applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through standard legal procedures.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
